There is a one-time setup fee of $50 when joining the company. Your fee will provide you with 100 business cards to get started and a Name Tag. Our
commission plans have no monthly Fees; No desk fees; and no Annual fees. These plans are at the discretion of the agents, but we highly recommend
choosing the plan that fits your level of experience. As you grow and advance you can move up to the next tier.
For new agents that needs broker assistance from contract to close with little to no experience.
For the more advanced agents that needs some guidance and have at least one year of active experience and have closed at least 3 deals within the last year.
For the more seasoned agents closings about 4 or more transactions within one year and want to keep all their commission. With this plan, you will have a $395 transaction fee that is to be applied to each transaction.
